Once an applicant is identified, CARCO's Onboarding Solution takes over with tightly coupled business rules and workflow engines that reflect your unique onboarding process. CARCO's system flexibility provides for data and/or forms export and integration with other systems, including payroll, benefits, etc. Our Onboarding Solution can operate in standalone mode or integrated with several Document Management Systems (DMS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Additionally, CARCO's Onboarding Solution can be configured to manage the entire lifecycle of your employees - from dynamically created offer letters to new hire packets, I-9s, W-4s, benefit forms, direct deposit forms and training videos, straight through to exit interviews/surveys. CARCO's Onboarding Solution engages the applicant or new hire with proactive "tasks" to ensure successful and timely onboarding. Proactive email reminders prompt the users of pending tasks. The portal is rules-based and incorporates validation logic so omission and legibility issues found in paper-based processes are now eliminated entirely!

Client Portal

CARCO provides a slick client portal for the HR person to add applicants and manage the onboarding process. CARCO's client portal provides a dashboard that gives you visibility into the different stages of your onboarding process and where each applicant is in the process. Additionally, you can perform all required tasks including adjudication of background screening results, generating offer letters, signing section 2 of the I-9 form, and much more.

Applicant Portal and Task Wizard

After HR has generated a new applicant, the applicant receives an email inviting them to log into our applicant portal. The applicant then goes through all of the steps of your onboarding process by using the task wizard. Your work flow and your processes are enabled by CARCO technology.

Mobile Document Upload App

CARCO's Mobile Document Upload App facilitates the process of transferring forms from either the applicant or your Human Resources staff that are required for the background check or I-9 processes. Some of the forms uploaded using the Mobile App include W-2 forms, passports, school records, and more. When using the app, no sensitive documents are stored on the phone itself. All forms are secured using TLS encryption so you can be confident that your candidates' information will be safe.
