Mr. Castoral has over 20 years of sales, marketing and management experience in diverse service industries including: employment screening/due diligence, vital records management/ disaster recovery and specialized conference planning. Prior to joining CARCO, Mr. Castoral held the position of Manager, Sales & Client Services for Proudfoot Reports (now FirstAdvantage), a pre-employment screening company.

He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Siena College, Loudonville, New York.
